Overview

Editor links let others view your design file.
  • When shared with a teammate, the link opens the same file for real-time collaboration.
  • When a public link is shared with someone outside your team, it opens a view-only version of the file, optionally allowing them to duplicate the project into their own team.
  • When a private link is shared with a non-teammate, they won’t be able to access the file—even if they have the link.
Often when the Play team is helping QA, sharing a is design file is helpful.

Click on the “Invite” button, then “Copy Link to Editor.”To make the link public (i.e. available to non-team members), flip on the “Allow Public Viewers” switch. To keep the link private, make sure the switch is off.To allow viewers to duplicate your design file into their drafts, turn on “Allow Project Duplication.” The duplicated file is an independent snapshot—it won’t reflect future edits to your original project. To share your file starting on specific page, you can click the chain icon on the desired page’s tab, which will automatically copy the editor link.Sharing an editor link for a draft works the same way as for a project. Since you cannot collaborate on as draft, even teammates will only be able to view and/or duplicate your project. If you would like to work together with members of your team, you’ll need to move your draft to the projects list.
