Overview

We have four plans: Basic (free), Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. You can always start for free, then upgrade for unlimited projects and additional features. All billing and payment management takes place in the Play web dashboard.

Upgrading, Downgrading, and Canceling Plans

From the web dashboard, you can upgrade, downgrade, and cancel your paid plan.

Select “Upgrade Team” below your subscription details to open the plan comparison page. Select the plan you’d like to upgrade to, click “Upgrade,” and continue through the checkout flow, powered by Stripe.To upgrade to an Enterprise plan, please contact us through this form.Select “Manage Plan” below your subscription details to open the plan comparison page. Select the plan you’d like to downgrade to, and continue through the checkout flow. You will still have access to the benefits of your plan for the remainder of your billing period.

Student Discounts

In an effort to make Play accessible, we offer qualifying students and staff members a free Starter plan or $15 off a Pro plan for six months. When your six months are up, you’re welcome to reapply. To apply for our student discount, please fill out this form. You’ll need a student email and a document that verifies your enrollment or affiliation with the school (like a picture of your school ID, transcript, etc). Please remove or black out any personal information (like address) other than your photo and name.
